THIS IS WHAT WE COMMIT OURSELVES TO

Since the foundation of our company, we have been guided by four principles. Over the years, a fifth has been added. They are these:

• Individuality
  We work with experience and best practices - formal requirements or standards that our clients would have to follow are kept to a minimum.
• Transparency
  We love statistics, data and algorithms - it doesn't have to be your "thing". But if you want us to, we will put our toolbox on the table. There is no "black box" with us.
• Fairness
  The goal of a trusting, sustainable cooperation is not compatible with dependence on an outsourcing service provider. Instead, we want to convince with performance, creativity and quality. To guarantee this, our customers receive the right to use the programs and algorithms developed by us even after the end of our cooperation.
• Independence
  We pass on costs for services of our partners 1:1 in projects. mxben does not trade with data and does not receive any commission.
• Data protection & privacy
  We process personal data on behalf of our customers. This requires sustainable highly effective protection of all data. We are responsible for the design, monitoring and further development of all measures required for this by law anyway, but also in the matter itself.
